It’s Monday.

You know what that means.

Hit the ground running and try to shake off the weekend.

At least that’s what I’m doing.

Sometimes it’s hard to get back into work mode.

Sometimes it’s hard to stay in workload

But, I have a simple trick to make Mondays and the rest of the week better.

Monday morning, I look at a blank schedule (almost) and think about what would make it an ideal week. Then I plan that week and reserve time in my schedule.

Then, I do what I set out to do. 

If I only hit 80% of what I planned, it’s one heck of a week.

It doesn’t take long, but it saves me a lot of heartache week long.
