Monday’s get a bad rap.

Start of the week.

Back to work.

Reacting.

It doesn’t have to be like this.

There’s a simple process to make Monday’s work for you, instead of  you working for Mondays.

  • Time.
  • Reflection.
  • Intention.
  • Action.

Time – block out 15-30 minutes Monday morning…every Monday morning (or Sunday night if you’re so moved).

Reflection – think about the past week. Consider this week (and coming weeks).

Intention – Ask. What would make this an ideal week? What significant accomplishments would make this an ideal week? What relationships do I need to address?

Action – plan these events, activities and tasks into your week. Be proactive as Stephen Covery taught.

It’s in the planning, then the execution that the magic happens.

Try it.

And let me know how it goes.
