Honestly, I don’t remember much about the article other than to be introduced to the concept of coaching.
The idea of having clients call me, and I could be anywhere, doing anything, was so appealing.
I jumped in to learn what I could about this world.
My knowledge of coaching, consulting and business-building has grown a lot over the last 20 years – all while my cell phone gets smaller and smaller.
It was about choice then. It’s about choice now.
Do I proactively design my life, or do I react to it?
It seems my clients (coaches looking for clients, small business owners looking for greater freedom, or professionals trying to fill a practice), all want the same thing.
That comes from opportunity.
And opportunity is everywhere, if you know where to look.
